Apartment “Hope” is set in street Bulevar Cara Lazara 62 in Novi Sad and has 2 separeted rooms, kitchen and bathroom in 36 m2 and 4 m2 terrace. Apartment is full equipped with all home appliances and everything is new. Apartment has central heating, air conditioning and cable TV.
Apartment has one double bed and two folding beds, so this apartment accept from 2 to 4 persons.
First room:
Apartment offers clean towers, complete linens for beds, use of dishes in the kitchen, using fridge, stove and washer.
In front of building is free parking. And behind building is laundry service. Nearest shop is next to building and market is 100 m behind building.
Additional you can pay for maid visit, that can be contracted as a daily visit or at some time.
We can communicate in 4 languages: in Serbian, English, German and Spanish.
And we are renting apartment “Hope” only for short periods but whole year. (We are not rent apartment monthly for living)

Prices:
Regular day: 20 euro per person per night.
During events days (Novi Sad fair, Exit festival): 25 euro per person per night.

Important! Deposit is required. Return of the deposit is after leaving the apartment and returning keys.
